How Delivery Works, Everywhere
We deliver across the UAE and to the neighbouring countries, with Oman, Saudi Arabia and Qatar the regular routes. Whatsminers go out to the region regularly, and we have shipped to Africa and Europe. Tell us where the units need to go and we will find a route.
Collection from 180 Al Khabaisi, Unit 20612-G-006, Deira, Dubai is the default and the cheapest route if you can reach us. The workshop is open Mon–Thu & Sat 10 AM–6 PM, Fri 10 AM–12 PM & 2:30–6 PM for collection, inspection, and repairs.
Where collection isn’t practical, we quote delivery per shipment. Cost depends on the destination, the weight, and the number of units, which is why it tends to make more sense at volume than on a single machine. Import compliance, customs clearance, and duties sit with the buyer in every case. Tell us the destination city and the quote states what we can arrange for it.
Dubai and the UAE
Our home market, and the only one with a counter you can walk up to. Most UAE buyers collect from Deira; delivery within the UAE is quoted per shipment.

Abu Dhabi buyers work the same way as Dubai buyers, with collection from Deira or delivery quoted for the trip down. The difference worth knowing is on the power side, since tariffs and connection classes aren’t identical across emirates and that changes the math before it changes anything else.
