These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of keephashing.com and any purchase or service arrangement made with Keep Hashing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, contacting us for a quote, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Keep Hashing is a Dubai-based supplier of ASIC mining hardware (including Antminer and Whatsminer units, new and used), offering hardware brokerage, mining hosting and co-location, mining pool services, and site development support, serving customers primarily in the UAE and the wider GCC, and internationally on request.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of a business.

• Product listings on our website are for informational purposes. Due to the volatility of the cryptocurrency mining hardware market, current pricing is provided on request via WhatsApp, phone, or our contact form, and is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Keep Hashing.
• All prices are subject to change without notice based on market conditions, exchange rates, and hardware availability, and are confirmed only at the point of an accepted order.
• Stock availability is confirmed at the time of order, not at the time of browsing. We reserve the right to cancel or amend an order if hardware becomes unavailable, in which case any payment made will be refunded or applied to an alternative unit, at your choice.
• Used and refurbished hardware is clearly described as such where applicable, and may show signs of prior use consistent with its condition grade.

• Orders are confirmed once Keep Hashing issues a written order confirmation or invoice, following agreement on price, specification, and quantity.
• Payment terms (including deposit requirements, accepted payment methods, and currency) will be confirmed at the time of order. Full payment or an agreed deposit is generally required before hardware is shipped or reserved.
• You are responsible for ensuring payment details and shipping information provided to us are accurate and complete.

• Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on hardware availability, courier schedules, and customs processing in the destination country.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes applicable in the destination country, including Pakistan and other jurisdictions outside the UAE.
• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that importing ASIC mining hardware is permitted under the laws of their destination country prior to placing an order.

• New hardware is covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Keep Hashing will assist in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims but is not the warrantor unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Used and refurbished hardware may be sold with a limited Keep Hashing warranty, the terms of which (including duration and coverage) will be confirmed in writing at the time of sale. Except where such a written warranty is provided, used hardware is sold on an “as-is, as-tested” basis.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper installation, inadequate cooling or power supply, unauthorized firmware modification, overclocking beyond manufacturer specification, or misuse.

• Because hardware pricing is tied to volatile market conditions, all sales are considered final once an order is confirmed and payment is received, except where hardware arrives faulty, materially not as described, or is covered by an applicable warranty.
• Any claim regarding faulty or misdescribed hardware must be raised within 7 days of delivery, with supporting evidence (e.g. photos, videos, diagnostic logs), so that we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).

• Where Keep Hashing provides hosting or co-location services, specific terms covering hosting fees, uptime, power availability, maintenance responsibilities, and termination will be set out in a separate hosting agreement, which forms part of these Terms once signed or confirmed in writing.
• Keep Hashing will use reasonable efforts to maintain stable power and network connectivity for hosted equipment but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, as this may be affected by factors outside our control, including grid power outages, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.

• Where Keep Hashing facilitates or advises on mining pool setup, we do not guarantee any specific hashrate, mining reward, or profitability outcome.
• Cryptocurrency mining profitability depends on factors outside our control, including Bitcoin price, network difficulty, electricity costs, and mining pool performance. Any profitability estimates, calculators, or figures provided on our website or by our team are illustrative only and should not be relied upon as a guarantee or as financial advice.
• You acknowledge that cryptocurrency mining carries inherent financial risk, and that you are solely responsible for evaluating that risk before purchasing hardware or engaging our services.

• All content on keephashing.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Keep Hashing or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
• You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Keep Hashing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of mining revenue, or business interruption, arising from your use of our website, hardware, or services. Our total liability in connection with any order or service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order or service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Keep Hashing harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our website, or violation of any applicable law, including import/export or cryptocurrency mining regulations in your jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
