Abu Dhabi buyers are close enough to treat our Deira workshop as a local one. You can drive up, see a used unit running on the bench, and take it home the same day. You can bring a machine in for repair and collect it when it’s fixed. That round trip is the practical difference between Abu Dhabi and every other market we serve, and it changes what makes sense for you.
We supply new and used Antminer and Whatsminer hardware, arrange hosting for buyers without a site, and repair miners at board level regardless of where the machine was bought.
Collection, or Delivery Quoted
Collection from 180 Al Khabaisi, Unit 20612-G-006, Deira, Dubai is the default and the cheapest route. The workshop is open Mon–Thu & Sat 10 AM–6 PM, Fri 10 AM–12 PM & 2:30–6 PM GST, and for a single unit the drive usually beats paying to move it.
Where collection isn’t practical, delivery is available wherever we can arrange it and quoted per shipment. Cost depends on the destination, the weight and the number of units, so it tends to make more sense at volume than on one machine. Customs clearance, duties and import compliance are the buyer’s responsibility, which for an Abu Dhabi buyer means nothing beyond an internal move, but the same rule applies everywhere we quote.
Your Tariff Is Not a Dubai Tariff
This is the part that catches people out. Electricity in the UAE is not billed identically across emirates, and the figures published for Dubai do not transfer to Abu Dhabi. Connection classes differ too, and whether a premises is billed residential, commercial or industrial does more to your economics than the model you pick.
The method transfers even when the numbers don’t. Take the machine’s wattage, divide by 1,000, multiply by 24 and 30 for monthly kWh, then multiply by your own rate. Run that before you choose a model. At a high rate, efficiency in J/TH decides everything and a current-generation machine earns its premium. At a low rate, entry cost matters more and a tested used unit is usually the sharper buy.
Repair Without Shipping a Machine Anywhere
A failed hashboard doesn’t total a miner, and for an Abu Dhabi owner it doesn’t mean an international courier either. Bring the unit to Deira, get a written diagnosis and a fixed quote before any work starts, and collect it bench-tested with a log showing hashrate and temperatures under load.

If You Don’t Have Somewhere to Run It
Most retail buyers in the UAE can’t run a miner at home. Residential circuits aren’t built for continuous industrial draw, the heat is a problem for most of the year, and the noise is a problem for the neighbours.
Hosting solves that. You own the machine, we place it, get it hashing and keep it monitored, and we stay the people you contact. You watch the same numbers we do through your pool dashboard.

Buying, Testing and Warranty
Used units are bench-tested in Deira before they go anywhere: hashrate, board stability and temperatures verified under load, a recorded stability test, the log shared with you, factory-default firmware, and serial-number photos before dispatch. New units stay sealed as the manufacturer packed them, because opening one would void your warranty.
Warranty runs three ways. New machines carry 12 months from Bitmain or MicroBT, claimed directly with the manufacturer. Used machines collected from the workshop carry 3 days, handled case by case. Used machines shipped outside Dubai carry none, and the testing evidence takes its place. An Abu Dhabi buyer collecting in person gets the local terms.
