ASIC Miner Repair in Dubai

We run board-level ASIC miner repair in Dubai from our workshop in Deira, where a failed Antminer or Whatsminer gets opened, diagnosed, and fixed on a test bench rather than shipped abroad or written off. We repair hashboards, PSUs, control boards, and cooling faults on all major Antminer and Whatsminer models. Walk in during workshop hours or send the unit by courier; either way, you get a diagnosis and a written quote before any repair work starts. No surprises, no open-ended labor bills. Tested parts, a written price before work starts, and a bench-test log with every returned machine.

What We Repair

  • Dead or missing hashboards. — The machine powers on but reports zero hashrate, or the dashboard shows fewer boards than installed. We diagnose at chip level, tracing failed ASICs, damaged traces, and faulty voltage regulators, then repair the board rather than replacing it wholesale.
  • Low hashrate. — The unit runs but delivers well under its rated TH/s. Usually failing chips on one board, thermal throttling, or degraded thermal interface material. We isolate the cause on the bench and fix what’s actually broken.
  • PSU faults. — No power, intermittent shutdowns, or units that die under load. We repair or replace the power supply and verify stable output at full draw.
  • Control board issues. — Boot loops, no network, dead dashboards, bricked units. We repair or replace the control board and restore correct operation.
  • Fan and cooling faults. — Failed fans, fan-speed errors, and overheating shutdowns. We replace fans and service the thermal path, cleaning heatsinks and renewing thermal paste so the machine holds full hashrate in UAE heat.
  • Firmware problems. — Units stuck on third-party firmware, failed updates, or machines you want verified clean. We restore factory firmware and confirm stock configuration.

How Repair Works

01

Send or drop off the unit.

Our workshop is at 180 Al Khabaisi, Unit 20612-G-006, Deira, Dubai, open Mon–Thu & Sat 10 AM–6 PM, Fri 10 AM–12 PM & 2:30–6 PM GST. Courier the machine to us or bring it in person.

02

Diagnostic assessment first.

We bench the unit, identify the fault, and send you a written quote before touching anything else. Diagnosis is $15 per machine and comes off the bill if you go ahead. You approve the work or decline it, knowing exactly what it costs.

03

Repair with tested parts.

Approved repairs are carried out at board level with parts tested before installation.

04

Bench-test and return.

Every repaired machine runs a stability test on our bench before it leaves. You get the unit back with a test log showing hashrate and temperatures, which is proof it works rather than a promise that it does.

Repair Pricing

Diagnosis is $15 per machine, cleaning included where the unit needs it. If you go ahead with the repair, that $15 comes off the bill. You are paying for the diagnosis only if you decide not to fix the machine.

Everything below is a starting price. Repair cost tracks the model, so a current-generation unit costs more to work on than an older one, and the written quote you get after diagnosis is the real number for your machine.

Control boards are the exception. We generally replace rather than repair them, and the price depends on whether a suitable used part is available for your model, so that one is always quoted individually.

ServiceFrom
Diagnosis$15 per machine, credited against the repair

Control boardnormally replaced rather than repaired, priced on the part

Why Repair Beats Replacement

A failed hashboard doesn’t total a miner. A three-board machine with one dead board is still two-thirds of a working unit, and board-level repair costs a fraction of what a replacement machine does. The math almost always favors repair, especially on current-generation hardware.

This matters most for owners who bought elsewhere. Plenty of miners in the UAE were purchased from overseas sellers or resellers with no local service, and when something fails the options are usually international shipping, long waits, or scrapping the unit. We repair machines regardless of where they were purchased. If it’s an Antminer or Whatsminer with a fault, bring it in.

For Hosted and Purchased Machines

Machines bought from us and units in our hosting get priority handling. Hosted machines in particular are diagnosed by our own technicians without you arranging anything.

One thing worth stating plainly: a new machine still inside its 12-month manufacturer’s warranty should go back to Bitmain or MicroBT, not to us. Opening it here would void that cover. Bring it in once the warranty has run out, or if the manufacturer route isn’t practical and you’d rather have the machine working than the paperwork intact.

The same workshop is why our used miners are a safer buy than a listing photo from an unknown seller. Every used unit we sell crosses the same test bench that handles repairs, with the log to show for it, and the same team stands behind it afterward.

Frequently asked questions

Timeline depends on the fault and the model. A fan swap is same-day work, while chip-level hashboard repair takes longer. You'll get a time estimate with your written quote before approving the repair.
