Used units cross our bench, and bulk used orders follow a defined per-batch testing protocol. Whatever the protocol for your order size, it’s stated in the quote, so you know what was tested and how before payment. New units are supplied sealed and unopened, because opening them would void your manufacturer’s warranty.

Farm and reseller pricing scales with volume. We publish no tiers, because bulk ASIC pricing moves with the market faster than any rate card survives, but the quote you receive reflects your order size rather than retail-per-unit multiplied.

Delivery, Customs, and Clearance
Collection from the Deira workshop is the default. Where you need the hardware moved, delivery is quoted per shipment, and at bulk volumes the per-unit shipping cost is usually the most favourable it gets.
Customs clearance, duties, and import compliance in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. That is the whole of the position, and on a large order it is worth reading twice: we do not clear customs on your behalf, we do not act as importer of record, and we do not guarantee that any particular document accompanies a shipment beyond what the quote states. Appoint a licensed clearing agent in the destination country before the hardware moves. Buyers who do this treat clearance as a planned cost with a named owner, and it is the single biggest difference between a batch that lands on schedule and one that sits in port.

Beyond Supply
Farm buyers can bundle hardware with farm setup covering site planning, electrical, and deployment, or place part of an order into hosting while their own site is built out.
Resellers get something harder to source than stock: board-level repair support for their end customers through our Dubai workshop, which means the units you resell have a real service path behind them.
