Condition, Testing & Warranty
Used units run the full protocol before dispatch: bench test under load, recorded stability test at rated hashrate, hashrate and temperature log shared with you, factory-default firmware, and serial-number photos so the unit you saw tested is the unit that ships. Warranty is 3 days when collected from our Deira workshop, handled case by case, and none when shipped outside Dubai, where the testing evidence takes its place. Attend the test in person, or receive video of the unit running before it’s packed.
New units ship sealed and unopened, carrying a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from MicroBT. That warranty is MicroBT’s rather than ours, claimed directly with them, and we leave the machine untouched so it stays intact.
